2. PROCESS WORK
For this task, we had to collect feedback from users after testing our website: popxchange.xo.je. We decided as a group to have Brianne do the observation recordings, while Yi Jia, Xin Yean, and I design the surveys. Me and Yi Jia were in charge of designing 5 close-ended questions each, she did the general questions while mine were more specific to the different pages and features in the website.
Below are my 5 questions:
- I found the filtering system in the shop effective for locating the products I wanted.
- It was easy to create and post a new listing.
- It was simple to upload and create a new forum post.
- It was straightforward to update my profile information (profile picture, username, location, bio).
- I am satisfied with my experience using POPXCHANGE.
After receiving the required amount of responses for each survey (minimum 10 for observation and minimum 5 for peer review), we proceeded to do our data analysis. Generally, most people found our website easy to use, but they did have some suggestions for improvement, which is what we need to proceed to the next task.

3. REFLECTION
This assignment was quite straightforward, all we had to do was gather feedback on our website, though we were running behind on time as we were still busy fixing up our website during the beginning of the timeframe given, making us only have 2 days to focus on this task. Fortunately, we did not need many respondents for our survey so we managed to reach our target respondents quite quick. It was quite interesting to read through the responses to see what we could improve. For example, some features I thought were self-explanatory were not seen the same way by other people. So, receiving the feedback was incredibly helpful for us to improve (especially the clarity) our website.
